Underappreciated

I work and
I slog
I slave
And hardly stop

But what do I get?
Not a word of thanks
Just grunts and grumblings

Underappreciated

I am in need of sympathy
And I did asked ever
So kindly

Over the phone
She was sweet and
Full of pity
For me

Once the handle went down
Her smile turned to a frown
Faster than the eye blinks

She did not believe
My story

And behind my back
She grumbled and complained
Announced ever so loudly
So that everyone could hear
“She’s a lazy girl!”

I did not know then
I wished I did not know now
But when that piece
Of news was related
To me
I broke down

WTH?!

Overnight and this place gets spammed in the comments. Thank God I set it in such a way that I have to approve every single comment before anyone can see it. Spammed with porn is one thing. But online poker?!?

Gracious me. I just realised that the smileys are auto-installed for me and gawd, they are hideous! :o

Re-doing

If anyone’s reading this, note that it’s still down and messy only because I am trying to freakin’ fix my darn css. I hate css. Yet I love it. Okay, so call me fickle now, eh? :P

Not only that. I still have to re-type every single article from my old site to move it over here. ARG! The horror of spending hours typing this. Not to mention backdating it. Gawd, I’m so dead :mrgreen:
