Down Memory Lane

* Note that this is a haiku :)

Strolling as I think
Right down on memory lane
My fragile heart stirs

On the left I’ll see
The tall theatre that we watched
A block buster hit

Turning to the right
There you accompanied me
Later, you explained

That it was against
Your principles to leave me
Standing alone there

I just rolled my eyes
And was grinning like a fool
I’m glad you’re here

Further down the lane
Was the palce where you first sang
That melted my heart

I’ll never forget
When you caught my eyes and smiled
I blushed a little

Down memory lane
Too much memories ahead
The good and the bad

Happiness yet sad
Those lovely moments we shared
Ah, bittersweet love
